He holds it up to the light as the creature within glides about its container. “Any alchemist worthy of the title can use one of these to create acids or poisons. But it takes a true artist to fashion stable and reusable items from an ooze.” Valcav gives you a knowing wink. “Would you care to see what I have in stock?”
Black Pudding Boots
The material used in the construction of these boots creates a squeaking sound so pervasive that it has been known to dive some people to madness.

DESCRIPTION
The heels of these leather boots are coated in black shiny rubber.
BENEFITS
The soles of black pudding boots are extra springy. The wearer gains a +2 circumstance bonus on Acrobatics checks. Additionally, they may treat any drop as if it were 10 feet less when calculating falling damage.
By clicking the heels together as a move action the wearer can activate the boot’s secondary ability. The rubber on the bottom of the boots oozes out, making it very difficult to move. The wearer’s speed is reduced to 10 feet, but this tight suction allows them to move along horizontal and vertical surfaces. They also get a +5 circumstance bonus to their CMD to resist bull rushes, and other attempts to physically move them. The boots can be used in this way for a total of 10 minutes per day. This duration does not need to be consecutive, but it must be used in 1-minute increments

You have advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks to make long or high jumps. You also treat all falls as if they were 10 feet less when calculating damage. As a bonus action, you can click the heels of the boots together to cause the rubber soles to liquefy. When this happens your speed is reduced to 10 feet, but you can move up difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check. You also have advantage on any check to physically move you from a location against your will. This secondary property can be used for a total of 10 minutes before it ceases to function. It can be replenished once you finish a long rest.
Ochre Cloak
These cloaks are rumored to feed off the bodily fluids of their wearers in order to fuel their magical abilities.

This brown and yellow clock remains pressed tight to its wearer no matter how windy it is.
BENEFITS
This cloak is made from a soft spongey material. The wearer gains damage reduction 5/bludgeoning. The cloak’s material is also very absorbent and reduces any bleed damage the wearer takes by 1 point. Twice per day when the wearer is damaged by a piercing or slashing weapon or they take electricity damage they can activate the cloak’s secondary power as an immediate action. The cloak ripples and split’s itself to create 1d4 duplicates of the wearer as per the mirror image spell. This ability does not stack with other duplication effects and the cloak can only have a maximum of four duplicates in existence at any given time.

While wearing this earthy colored cloak you have resistance to slashing and lightning damage. Twice per day when you take slashing or lighting damage, you may spend your reaction to activate the cloak’s duplication power. The cloak splits itself and creates three illusionary duplicates as per the mirror image spell. These duplicates do not stack with similar abilities. The cloak itself will not allow more than three of its duplicates to exist at any time.
Viscous Bow
The strings of these bows are soaked in the remains of gelatinous cubes. This gives the bows extra pull, allowing the arrows to fly very far.

The shaft of this bow has been bleached white and is pockmarked with acid burns.
BENEFITS
This weapon is a corrosive distance longbow. Four times per day as a swift action the wielder can have the bow create a special viscous arrow. They are formed from a transparent jelly-like substance but still function as a normal arrow would. A viscous arrow must be used immediately when created otherwise it melts away and the use is wasted. Upon reaching its target a viscous arrow bursts dealing no damage and the target is entangled as if it had been hit by a tanglefoot bag. The entangling goo is particularly potent and immune to the effects of universal solvent. The target also takes 1d6 points of acid damage until they have freed themselves.

A viscous bow has double the range increment of a normal longbow. Additionally, any arrow you fire from it deals an additional 1d6 points of acid damage. Four times per day as a bonus action you can have the bow create special viscous arrows. You must use an arrow immediately when created or it fades into nothingness. When you fire a viscous arrow it deals no damage but the target is covered in sticky goo and gains the restrained condition. The goo remains sticky for 2d4 rounds but the target can break free early by making a DC 17 Strength check or by dealing it 15 points of slashing damage. For every round, the target remains covered in the goo they take 1d6 points of acid damage.
