Nihilist (Sorcerer Bloodline)
Life is temporary and meaningless. Laws are for fools. In the underbelly of society, the nihilists embrace a destructive form of freedom, forswearing the future in favor of momentary exaltation.
Alignment: The nihilist must be chaotic.
Class Skill: Perform
Bonus Spells: command(3rd), false life(5th), vampiric touch(7th), enervation(9th), feeblemind(11th), disintegrate(13th), hungry darkness(15th), symbol of insanity(17th), wish(19th),
Bonus Feats: Combat Casting, Deceitful, Defensive Combat Training, Diehard, Empower Spell, Endurance, Improved Initiative, Skill Focus (perform), Toughness
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever nihilist casts a spell that deals damage, that spell deals +2 points of damage per die rolled. However, the spell also damages the nihilist for 1 point of damage per die rolled.
Bloodline Powers: The rush of power is intoxicating. When the flood of magic pushes the nihilist to a state of ecstasy, he has no regard for personal safety.
Sacrificial Boon (Su)
At 1st level, as an immediate action, the nihilist may sacrifice 1 hit point in exchange for a +1 profane bonus on the next damage roll, saving throw, or skill check you make. This bonus only applies as long as you use it by or during your next turn—otherwise both your sacrificed hit point and the bonus are wasted. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier.
Blood Sacrifice (Su)
At 3rd level, as a swift action, the nihilist may make a blood sacrifice in order to cast a spell. By taking 6 HP damage per spell level, the nihilist may cast any spell he knows.
Bodily Sacrifice (Su)
At 9th level, as a swift action, the nihilist may sacrifice his health in order to maximize the damage of a spell. By taking 5 damage to his Constitution, the nihilist maximizes all variable, numeric effects of the next spell he casts. Saving throws and opposed rolls are not affected, nor are spells without random variables.
Psychic Sacrifice (Su)
At 15th level, as a swift action, the nihilist may sacrifice the soundness of his mind in order to make his spells harder to resist. By taking 2 points of Wisdom drain, the nihilist can automatically take a 20 on the next roll to overcome spell resistance.
Heedless Destruction (Su)
At 20th level, the nihilist may perform a sacrifice without suffering the damaging effects of the sacrifice. He may use this ability 4 times a day.
