SPECIAL ABILITIES
Predictable (Su)
Azlegavartimirzod is incapable of original thought or creation, instead copying his designs and ideas from the stolen voices and souls of mortals. Creatures who have lost their voice or soul to the Lagrange Court gain a +5 insight bonus to saving throws against Azlegavartimirzod’s abilities, and a +5 insight bonus to AC against Azlegavartimirzod’s attacks.
Spellcasting (Sp)
Azlegavartimirzod casts spells as per a 20th-level sorcerer and can cast spells from the druid list as well as those normally available to a sorcerer. Druid spells are considered arcane spells for Azlegavartimirzod.
Strong Voiced (Su)
Azlegavartimirzod cannot be silenced and can speak in a vacuum. Additionally, Azlegavartimirzod can replace all of his verbal components with emotional components.
Stormcalling (Su)
Whenever Azlegavartimirzod strikes a creature with a melee or ranged attack, he calls down a lightning bolt to also strike the target for 10d6 damage (Reflex DC 20 for half) The lightning bolt strikes in a 120-foot line above the creature as well, potentially hitting additional targets.
World Forging (Su)
As a full round action, Azlegavartimirzod can drastically reforge the world around him. Azlegavartimirzod makes changes to the environment as if using hallucinatory terrain except that this is an instantaneous transmutation effect that cannot be disbelieved. World forging cannot make magical or special materials and any precious metals produced are of poor quality. World forging uses raw materials in the environment to make new terrain, but can only transmute unattended objects, terrain, and willing or helpless creatures. Creatures that have been transmuted into new terrain can only be restored through the use of a wish or miracle spell.
Azlegavartimirzod can also use world forging to do damage or otherwise affect other creatures as if using the spells create pit, earthquake, entangle, spike growth, transmute mud to rock, wall of lava, and wall of fire. Azlegavartimirzod can only add a single additional spell like effect to each use of world forging. The secondary effect of world forging is a supernatural ability, cast as if by a 20th level caster, that may be resisted with a DC 27 saving throw.
Azlegavartimirzod copies existing terrains in his designs. Creatures gain a +1 insight bonus to resist world forging for every four ranks they have in Knowledge (geography).
ECOLOGY
Environment The L3 Lagrange Point
Organization solitary, or guarded by two Titan Eye Ravens
Treasure double, +3 monowhip, +5 sonic rifle
The Marquis Azlegavartimirzod is driven by jealousy in all things. One of the oldest of the fey, he has long desired the powers of the gods and titans themselves, the ability to create something entirely new. He is likewise envious of the creative abilities of mortals, who are able to come up with new ideas and concepts, and even conceive new young. Such acts of creation are denied to the fey, they may only impersonate and transform with their magics.
Traveling across the stars, Azlegavartimirzod has sought out the means to steal the creative abilities of mortals and gods for his own use, and after scheming against and stealing the throne of the titan Cronus, Azlegavartimirzod has established the Marquessate of Vulcan, founded at the L3 lagrange point and hidden from mortal eyes.
The Marquis is attempting to build a new world at the lagrange point, capturing asteroids and tiny planetoids to reforge into his vision of a new world. But in the end, his creativity is nonexistent, and his designs are derivative. The Marquis agents scour the worlds for the dreams, stories and memories of mortals, using them as inspiration as well as designs for Azlegavartimirzod to copy in his new creation.
Visitors to the Marquessate of Vulcan are often shocked to find that their dreams have been made reality, comets souls and tiny worlds reforged in the image of mindscapes they imagined. To accuse the Marquis of mimicry is the surest way to earn his enmity.
