Whenever a necrotic knight successfully confirms a critical, the damage dealt by the cold, heals the necrotic knight for a similar amount. Any hit points healed above the original is lost.

The necrotic knights are a former knightly order, whose world was destroyed in a sacrifice to an uncaring god, to have the entire world transitioned into the afterlife, for an eternity of bliss. Since the god was not listening the entire world burned for no reason. Standing as the last guardians of the world, the knights swore to avenge their fallen.
Now, with their souls encased in the armors they once wore, the knights have lost all memory of who the god was, and instead strike out at any living creature, laying waste as they go, stealing starships to take to the skies and descending from the heavens upon the unwary.
